Old Rectory Cottages
The Old Rectory Luxury Holiday Cottages in Cornwall consist of 2 old stone holiday cottages for rent just outside the village of St. Keyne, in between Looe and Liskeard in Cornwall. We are located around 2 miles south of Liskeard and around 5 miles north of Looe and the Cornish Coast with the South West Coastal Path. Polperro is also close by – around 8 miles with the amazing Lantic Bay a couple of miles further. Other attractions such as The Eden Project, Fowey, Port Isaac & Padstow as well as the Lost Gardens of Heligan are a little bit further away.
The Coach House is a detached, single storey building, belonging to the Rectory of St. Keyne. It has recently undergone a complete transformation which includes a new luxury kitchen, a luxury wetroom, renewed flooring throughout and a complete redecoration of all the rooms. The accommodation comprises of a lounge area, kitchen/diner, wetroom with shower and a double bedroom, which has double doors leading to the outside.
Completely detached, and situated a little away from the other buildings, the Coach House offers peace and tranquility. A private patio can be used to enjoy the lovely views across the valley and makes it the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee.
A BBQ is provided for those wanted to cook outside when the weather is welcoming enough. The Coach House has its own dedicated parking, and additionally there is ample parking in the grounds of the Rectory which our guests are very welcome to make use of if so required. Inside you’ll find everything you should need for your stay in Cornwall.

Samsung 40″ Internet TV. DAB Radio, Blu-ray/DVD player, iPod Docking station, CD player. Wi-Fi connected to 34mb fibre broadband. Information, maps, books and guides of the local area.
Luxury solid oak cabinets and oak drawers from Burbidge topped off with granite worktops and a Blanco under mount stone sink and brushed stainless steel tap.
AEG appliances throughout, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, extractor fan, fully integrated under top fridge with small freezer compartment and fully integrated dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave. Good range of pans, oven trays, cutlery & utensils.
In the recently equipped wetroom you’ll find a new shower area with a powerful waterfall type shower head on mains pressure. Deep Fluffy Towels on the Towel Rail and shelf. New sanitary ware. Sink with shelf and illuminated mirror over and large WC with soft close lid. The wetroom does have a window so has plenty of light.
Double bedroom with cast iron double bed with 2000 pocket mattress and luxury bedlinen. Small oak wardrobe, oak chest of drawers with mirror & 2 bedside tables.
Window and large French doors. Hairdryer.
Large patio with hardwood table and chairs overlooking the fields and valley.
BBQ on request. You can wander around the orchard, have lunch there, and wander up the lane and into the paddock before crossing the fields if you wish. We just ask you respect our privacy in the main house and in the private garden area.
We also have a separate building and room next to the main house where you can leave wet clothing, muddy boots and so on. We will be renovating this area during the summer months and making available to guests:
