Summer Solstice Cave Sound Bath Meditation

Fancy trying something a little different to celebrate the start of the summer?

Come join us for an hour of calming and relaxing sound bath meditation next to a stunning underground lake, held safe in the arms of Mother Earth.

Our Sound Bath Meditation will use Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs and Percussion to create primordial sounds and vibrations, which induce a deeply relaxing and meditative state. This promotes well being and allows your body to heal itself, reduces stress, relieves tension, lifts mood and helps anxiety.

We ask that you bring a blanket and pillow, so you can get comfy and let the bowls take you on your journey. The cave is a constant 10 degrees, so we advise you bring a jumper and sensible footwear.

The Carnglaze Caverns are affiliated to the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site and can be found on the southern edge of Bodmin Moor.

Cost is £20 per person and you can either book your place online or contact us to reserve a slot.

These events are not suitable for those under 16.
