CTC Cornwall provides a supporting framework for local riding groups. There are currently the following local riding groups providing regular rides – Liskeard Velo; Liskeard Ladies; Liskeard Mens Easyrider; and the Penzance Group. There is also a social ride going out from Liskeard on Wednesday evenings. These generally use quiet roads and avoid busy main roads whenever possible. All rides start and finish from the same place unless mentioned otherwise. Liskeard Velo Rides between 40 to 60 miles depending on season. Meets Sundays once a fortnight at 9am on The Parade, Liskeard (by the fountain in the centre of Liskeard, PL14 6AW) unless indicated otherwise. Coffee and cake ride for those ladies who are starting out, returning cyclists or just want to have some company. Rides 10 to 20 miles. Short confidence building rides for men who are perhaps returning to cycling or would like to begin some group cycling. Rides 10 to 15 miles.
