East Cornwall Harriers run (pun intended) a C25K running group each Wednesday from 6.30pm starting from Lux Park.

You don’t need any previous running experience.  It is based on the NHS tried and tested plan. Weekly sessions to help you achieve your goals.

You are welcome to join the group for free for your first three sessions.  Standard membership is only £20 for the year.
