Why is Dance Together different from any other exercise class?
Dance lead, Lois Taylor is a trained professional dancer with a background in care practice and teaching. This means a delightful mix of movement and fun inspired by great music and your own imagination!
Nothing is ‘prescribed’ – you can move at your own pace in a way that feels good for your body. At the end of the session we will come together to share a cuppa and chat.
