Freestyle Dancing Exercise Sessions.

Dance non stop for 1 hour to sounds of the 80’s, under Disco & UV lights.
Wiggle and Giggle whilst Burning up to 420 calories for the hour!

No instructor just dance Freestyle!
The beauty of our sessions are you do not have to try and keep up and be co-ordinated with a class! 😁👍 if you need to stop and rest, you can. Then start again when you are ready.
You say you Can’t dance…… Fine, any movement for an hour will make you shed unwanted calories 🙂
Dress up in Neon or be casual, but please wear pumps or trainers and bring your water.
£7.50 per person per session.
Glow sticks are provided
No pre booking fees just pay on the night.
