Levowan Chamber Choir will be performing Arnesen’s Magnificaton on Friday 5th July, 7.30pm, St Martin’s Church, Liskeard – FREE entry.

Levowan Chamber Choir presents an evening of uplifting choral music from around the globe, featuring Kim André Arnesen’s Magnificat, a beautifully haunting setting of the Latin text for the Virgin Mary’s song of humble joy. The programme also includes a selection of well-known spirituals and contemporary songs.

Levowan Chamber Choir has a large repertoire and enjoys singing classical works and discovering new music to share with others. The choir also has firm links with both British and international composers and arrangers and has premiered several pieces of their work here in the UK.
