Liskeard Old Cornwall Society will be meeting on Friday 13th March at 2.30 pm at Liskeard Public Hall where there will be an illustrated talk by Ian Piper who will be telling the story of Bearah Tor Quarry from the early beginning by his father Clifford to the current day operation by his son Alex.

Non-members welcome for a small donation. Meetings are held at 2.30 pm on the 2nd Friday of each month between September and April at the Public Hall plus other events – for a full list see their website
