Upcycling – How to recreate a contemporary garment from your old favourite.

The course will demonstrate ways of re-shaping garments for a new and contemporary look by adding embellishments such as appliqué, binding, stitching, etc. giving a new lease of life to previously worn favourites from your wardrobe.

Essential materials Own garments, fabric remnants, trimmings, buttons, beads, etc. Scissors and threads. (Sewing machine preferable but not essential).

First & last course session start at 6.30pm
