Meet the Machines – Lanhydrock
11am – 3pm. 29th July, 12th and 19th August 2025
Come along to the parkland to meet Lanhydrock’s Ranger Team and some of the machines they use to take care of Lanhydrock’s more 900 acres of countryside.
The rangers will be in the parkland to meet you with equipment including tractors and mowers. Explore the machines, chat to the rangers, and find out what it takes to care for the countryside at Lanhydrock.

Herbs Talk - St Cleer Gardening Group
There will be a talk on Herbs by Elizabeth Reeves for St Cleer Gardening Club at St Cleer Memorial Hall on Monday 11th August at 7.30pm.
£3 – All welcome – includes tea, coffee and a ticket for the monthly raffle.
Sunflower Challenge - Pensilva (as part of Pensilva Carnival)
As part of Pensilva Carnival, Millennium House will be holding a Sunflower Challenge!
Collect your free seedling from Millennium House.
Register by June 30th, judging will be on Sunday 13th July for the category of tallest, biggest, and most heads.

Gardening Party at The Liskerrett Centre
There will be a volunteering Gardening party at the Liskerrett Centre on Saturday 14th June, between 11am – 3pm.
Can you spare some time to help tidy up the community garden at Liskerrett?

St Cleer Gardening Club Summer Show
St Cleer Gardening Club are holding their summer show at St Cleer Memorial Hall on Saturday 9th August from 2pm.
Prize giving is at 3pm.
There will be a raffle and refreshments
Admission £1.50, children free
