Easter Book Hunt
Saturday 30th March 9.30am – 10.30am. Liskeard Library
As part of Easter activities across Liskeard, a number of specially selected books will be hidden around the library. They will contain a ticket that can be exchanged for a chocolate prize.
Easter Bonnet Competition
Saturday 30th March in Fore Street (Library if wet)
Organised by Liskeard Traders Association, registration starts 10.30am, judging starts 11.30am
There are classes for under 5s, 6-10 years old and 12+ (there’s no age limit!). Entry fee £1 per hat on a head.
There will also be games, music, refreshments and fun! FREE entry!
Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday 30th April, 12 noon-2.30pm, starts Fore Street (in Community Treasure Chest if wet)
Join in the Easter Trail for more Easter family fun. Help Treasure the Teddy find her rainbow eggs. Starts in Fore Street, 12 noon – 2.30pm. Visit selected shops around town and see how many you can find, the trail ends at the Community Treasure Chest in Barras Place where you will get an Easter surprise for your help. Entry £1 per child
Blaze Easter Party

Wonka at the Liskerrett Centre
Friday 5th April, 2.30pm and 7.30pm, at The Liskerrett Centre
A perfect family film for half term. The film tells the wondrous story of how the world’s greatest inventor, magician and chocolate‐maker became the beloved Willy Wonka we know today.

Teddy Bears Picnic
Wednesday 3rd April, there are sessions at 10am, noon and 2pm. Community Treasure Chest.
Treasure the teddy invites you to her teddy bears picnic, there will be fruit, fizz, sweet treats and games for all to enjoy.

Time 2 Move Holiday Programme

The Time2Move Holiday Programme offers fun physical activities, games and wider activities plus a meal for all children.

Junior Lego Robotics
9th April, 10am – 12pm and at 1pm – 3pm at Liskeard Library
With help from a facilitator, your child will be challenged to build and program an interactive, robotic creation of their choice! Using a range of motors, sensors and (most importantly) creativity, your kids will have the chance to raise their skills to the next level.

There will be lots of fun to be had at Trago with live bands, circus training, face painting, an Easter egg hunt, inflatables, a nurf gun area and much more.
Eater Egg Hunt
Wednesday 27th March – Tuesday 2nd April, 10am – 4pm, Looe Land Train
Help the Easter Bunny save Easter, by finding 6 lost Eggs. Fluffy Bunny Ears, Activity Pack and Easter Egg with every child ticket. Hop on and off the Land Train all day (and enjoy chocolate treats for all passengers) while you find the Eggs.

Rockpool Ramble at Hannafore Beach
Sunday 7th April, 11am-12.30pm.meet below the Coastguard station at Hannafore Beach
Come and join local experts as we explore the rocky shore, finding lots of the amazing critters that live on it! Learn about starfish, crabs, fish, anemones and lots more at this educational event that is guaranteed to satisfy the whole family.
This is a FREE event but donations to Looe Marine Conservation Group are welcome.

Easter Beach Clean at Seaton

Want to play your part in cleaning up the oceans? Well there’s no better place to start than at your local beach clean! Easter Egg Hunt at Lanhydrock
Friday 29th March – 14th April 2024, 10.30am – 4pm, Lanhydrock Estate
Make your way around the garden, complete the trail and collect a chocolate egg* at the end. You can choose from either a chocolate egg* or a vegan and Free From chocolate.
The trail will cost £3 per child to be paid at the event, on the day (in addition to the normal admission fee).
Easter Trail at Pencarrow
Sunday 31st March – Monday 1st April at Pencarrow
Follow the clues hidden in the gardens, solve the puzzle and collect your prize from the shop!

Pondlife at Cotehele Quay
Saturday 6th April, 10am – 1pm. Cotehele Quay.
Hunt for the creatures which live in (and on!) the pond. Watch the water closely, or have a go at pond dipping, and identify any insects, fish, or amphibians you may find.
Subject to cancellation in event of poor weather. Please check social media feeds and the Cotehele website nearer each event.
Easter at Eden – Springfest!
Friday 29th March – Sunday 14th April, 9.30am – 5pm, The Eden Project
Get excited for Springfest at the Eden Project this Easter. Celebrate the joys of spring with plenty of family-friendly games, crafts and activities for all ages.
Visitors to Eden are strongly encouraged to pre-book a time slot in advance of each visit, including Passholders, and those who can visit for free. Timeslots can be booked on The Eden Projects Website.
Easter Egg Hunt at Cotehele
Friday 29th March – Sunday 14th April, 10am to 5pm, Cotehele National Trust
Make your way along the trail and find nature-inspired activities for the whole family, come along and explore the beautiful spring gardens at Cotehele.
The price of the trail is £3 per child and includes a trail map, pencil and a chocolate egg at the end. Normal admission charges apply.
Easter Trail at Antony House
29 March and daily between 31 March – 4 April and 9 – 11 April from 12noon to 5pm, with last entry at 4pm, Antony Estate
Come along and explore the beautiful garden of Antony.
Prices are normal admission plus £3 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and dairy or vegan and Free From* chocolate egg.
*Suitable for people with milk, egg, gluten, peanut and tree nut allergies.
