An Evening of English Song

‘An Evening of English Song’ will be held in the beautiful St. German’s Priory church on 9th June at 7.30 pm.and promises to be a GEM of a concert, perfect for a summer evening’s entertainment. The choir, under the musical direction of Chris Howarth, will be joined by soloist Stephen Varcoe, internationally acclaimed Bass/Baritone and Jonathan Delbridge as accompanist.

The performance will include a full range of English song: Purcell, Parry, Finzi, Vaughan Williams, Dowland and Grainger are just some of the wide range of composers on offer.

Drinks will be on sale during the interval.
