Bodmin Fireworks Display

Bodmin’s spectacular fireworks display will be held on Thursday 5th November in Priory Park.

This years theme is going to be James Bond music over the years to coincide with the release of the new James Bond film Spectre. This will showcase many of the classics including Diamonds Are Forever, On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, Skyfall and finishing with a thunderous finale of Live and let Die.

The gates will open at 6.00pm with the Guy choosing and a themed lighting of the bonfire taking place at 7.00pm. The actual firework display will commence at 7.30pm. Fairground
rides, side shows, food and sweet concessions will all be available for your enjoyment from 6.00pm so be sure to get there early and avoid the queues.

The price of entry for this year’s display is: Adults £3.50 and Children £2, for tickets bought in advance, and Adults £5 and Children £3, for tickets bought on the gate, so grab yourself a bargain and be sure to buy your tickets before the event.

VERY IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THIS YEARS EVENT
For the the first time in our history of this event we have divided the the site into zones or areas. This mainly down to the fact the football pitch area is now fenced in and for obvious safety reasons resulting from the fence There will new be 4 spectator areas or Zones

Zone A [yellow tickets]
Will be the priory road side of the football pitch. This will be the main spectator area. There will be portaloos, usual cooked food outlets, tea & coffee, sweets and fairground attractions for the younger children all available in this area. It will not be possible to access any other area from this area. Entry to this area will be via the marked entrance opposite the Lidl store on Priory Road. Tickets for this area will be available from: Morrisons, Stan Mays, Bunts, and will also be able to buy on the night.

Zone B [red tickets]
The grandstand. Limited to 200 tickets. Refreshments and toilets will be available.
Entry via the back of the grandstand only. Tickets for the Grandstand will be available only from Bricknells.

Zone C [blue tickets]
Inside of the Football pitch fence. Refreshments and toilets will be available. Entry will via the the back of the grandstand and left or right of the grandstand. Tickets for this area will be available from: Bricknalls , Martin and Budge, The football club and Sproulls Solicitors

Zone D [green tickets ]
Tarmac car park area in front of the football club. This is where the the fairground rides and attractions for older children and adults will be situated. Normal food outlets with tea and coffee will be available. Toilets in the main Priory car pack. Entry to this area will be via the football club entrance. Tickets for this area will only be available from mid Cornwall Brokers Lanivet and to buy on the night.
