Liskeard Ploughman’s Summer Market

Unfortunately the Ploughman’s Festival in its usual form has had to be cancelled this year due to Coronavirus. However, the good news is that Liskeard is holding its Ploughman’s Festival Summer Produce & Craft market on Saturday 15th August in the Cattle Market.

The market will be open from 10am until 2pm. We have a fabulous range of food stalls selling locally-produced cheeses, artisan bread and sausage rolls, fermented foods, natural cordials, and locally-distilled gin, as well as a number of talented local crafters and makers.

We’ll also have Liskeard in Bloom coming along, and most of the traders in the Cattle Market are planning to be open on the day. We’ve enlisted the musical talents of some of our brilliant local musicians to add a bit of ambience to the market.
