Liskerrett Community Cinema – Belfast

June 10, 2022 @ 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm

| £5

Due to the Jubilee celebrations we have put the cinema showing back a week this month, usually it is first Friday of the month so it is easy to remember.

Belfast is a 2021 British coming-of-age drama film written and directed by Kenneth Branagh. The film stars Caitríona Balfe, Judi Dench, Jamie Dornan, Ciarán Hinds, Colin Morgan, and newcomer Jude Hill. The film, which Branagh has described as his “most personal film”, follows a young boy’s childhood in Belfast, Northern Ireland, at the beginning of The Troubles in 1969.

Numbers are limited to ensure audience members can have more space between groups who have not come together and we are asking if you can book ahead please by phoning the Liskerrett Centre 01579 340347 or emailing [email protected]

Check the Liskerrett website for upcoming film details.

Films are shown on the first Friday of the month at 2.30pm and 7.30pm unless otherwise advertised. The matinee screenings are sub-titled.

Tickets £5 on the door (£4 for under 16s) and there is free entry for carers, all are welcome, we provide refreshments at each screening and produce film notes for people who provide us with an email address.
