Meditations for Mental Health and Wellbeing
Everyone knows how important it is to look after your mental health and that our wellbeing is essential. On this course learn simple and powerful techniques to relax the mind and develop good positive habits that we can bring into our daily life to provide the stability and happiness we long for.
Everyone is welcome! Drop in classes, no need to book, join at any time.
Each class comprises a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. You do not need to be Buddhist or have prior experience of meditation.
