Part Time Courses - Garment Making

This course will introduce the basic skills and techniques for creating a simple skirt to fit an individuals own measurement and shaping. Using measurement skills, a simple pattern will be created and then tested by constructing a toile resulting in a final pattern with a perfect fit.

Essential materials Large sheets of paper (for pattern making), pencils, large ruler, fabric for toiling, use of a sewing machine.
