South Bosent Dobwall Open Garden Charity Event – Cornwall Wildlife Trust

September 3, 2023 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

| £6

The land surrounding this old farmhouse has been planted to encourage wildlife; fruit trees, a wild flower meadow, and ponds all enrich the local ecosystem.

This amazing 9 acre wildlife garden has been developed from farmland over the last 12 years and is still evolving. It has a variety of different aspects to the garden including ponds, bluebell filled woodland and formal and informal flower planting. Many trees and shrubs have been planted and this garden is already seeing a large increase in insects, butterflies, moths, birds and mammals including many bats.

£6 on arrival (cash only).
Free for under 16’s

Dogs on a lead welcome
Mobility access is limited except for the top of the garden.

What to bring
To quench your thirst and sweet cravings, we will have delicious volunteer baked cakes, tea, coffee and other drinks for sale, so remember to bring cash. You can also buy a plant (or two or three) from the plant stall. All proceeds will go to Cornwall Wildlife Trust.

This event will not be accepting payment by card due to poor mobile signal. Please bring cash to cover the entrance fee (£6) and any drinks, cake and plants you may wish to purchase.
