Tower Open Day

St Cleer Church tower is open on Saturday 6th August, 10am-4pm.

Come and visit our beautiful 13th century church and its 200 year younger tower. For a donation to our bell restoration appeal, one of the ringers will guide you up the 97 ft tower’s winding staircase to see the bells. You will also be able to go up the final few steps and venture out onto the roof and enjoy the breath-taking view over our village and its surrounding countryside.

You could even have a go at the art of bell ringing – the original heavy metal music. There will also be tea, coffee and cakes for sale. Organised by St Cleer Ringers – www.facebook.com/stcleerringers
